RETURN POLICY

At International Popcorn, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your your purchase. If, for any reason, your are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or refund. But you must do so within 14 days of purchase so we can act promptly.

If your popcorn was damaged during shipping please save all products and packaging. Then call us at (201) 588-7672 or submit a message to us from the Contact Us page. You must contact us within 3 business days of the delivery so we can act promptly.
If your popcorn is being ordered for a specific date of use we strongly recommend allowing additional time for travel delays. Intl Popcorn cannot be held responsible for late packages due to circumstances beyond our control (including incorrect or incomplete addresses, adverse weather, natural disasters, or disruptions in air or ground transportation networks). Our Shipping Policy page explains order processing and shipping in detail.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS: All refused or undeliverable orders will be refunded, however, due to the perishable nature of our product a 25% return fee (based on product price) plus ALL shipping charges (our actual cost both ways – even if free or discounted shipping was received) and ALL processing service charges will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Please Note: Carriers make up to three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, if no alternate delivery arrangements have been made with the carrier by the receiver at the delivery address, the shipment will be returned to us and therefore considered an undeliverable order. If you contact us before the refund is processed, we may at our discretion reship the same items for the actual costs of the return shipment and the reshipment.
