International Popcorn is unlike other popcorn companies that only have a hand full of flavors. We now offer over 100 flavors and are adding new ones all the time! But in order to maintain quality and freshness we only make your popcorn once it has been ordered. We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Most orders will ship within three to five business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are considered received on the following business day. Orders placed after business hours will be received by our popcorn specialists the following business day.
Up to 5 business days processing. Your order will be popped and shipped within 3-5 business days. There is no service charge for Standard Processing.
Up to 2 business days processing. Your order will be popped and shipped within two business days guaranteed. Since there is limited time to process your order, if we are not able to accommodate your Rush Processing request we will contact you by phone. Remember, shipping time is not included in this. There will be extra service charge for Rush Processing.
Up to 1 business day processing. Your order will be popped and shipped within one business day guaranteed. Since there is limited time to process your order, if we are not able to accommodate your Urgent Processing request we will contact you by phone. Remember, shipping time is not included in this. There is a $25 service charge for Urgent Processing.
Free Ground Shipping
We offer Free Ground Shipping for orders totaling $75 or more plus most gift items and bulk boxes. Offer valid within the contiguous United States and shipping to a street address only. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, your shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
We understand that sometimes you need your popcorn to arrive in a hurry. We do offer expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Express. The available options and costs are offered to you during the checkout process. The delivery guarantee comes from the shipping carrier and can be restricted by the carrier due to events outside of their control. Air shipments to Alaska do not have a guaranteed delivery day.
Hold For Processing Shipments
You can also schedule the date you would like to receive your popcorn during the checkout process. Just make sure it is at least two weeks in the future. If you put a date that makes your Order Processing and Shipping selection impossible we will need to put your order on hold while we figure out what to do. We recommend picking a date that is at least one weekday before the last one available before your event date. So if you are using our popcorn on a weekend then pick a Wednesday or Thursday delivery date.
Shipments leave our facility after 4:00 PM Eastern Time. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to leave our facility. You may receive a shipping confirmation late in the day or over the weekend for an order that will not leave our facility until the next business day. The tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation will give you the ability to track your package on UPS.com
after the package is scanned into their system.
We ship our products using UPS and USPS shipping services to addresses within the contiguous United States and District of Columbia. We use USPS Priority Mail shipping services for all shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Many USPS branch locations offer street addressing as an opt-in service that we can ship to (restrictions apply; see your post office for details). All shipping charges are determined by the weight and/or size of the product ordered. The related costs are displayed in your shopping cart before completing the checkout process.
Refused, Undeliverables & Cancelled Orders
All refused or deliverable orders will be refunded, however, due to the perishable nature of our product a 25% return fee on standard items (based on product price) and a 50% return fee on custom made items, plus ALL shipping charges (our actual cost both ways – even if free or discounted shipping was received) and ALL processing service charges will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Please Note: Carriers make up to three delivery attempts. After the third attempt, if no alternate delivery arrangements have been made with the carrier by the receiver at the delivery address, the shipment will be returned to us and therefore considered an undeliverable order. If you contact us before the refund is processed, we may at our discretion reship the same items for the actual costs of the return shipment and the reshipment. If an order is cancelled, a 25% return fee for the portion of the order already produced plus ALL processing service charges will be deducted prior to issuing the refund.
Out of Stock Items
While we try to fulfill every order with every item, there are times where we may not be able to make or provide the specific flavored ordered. In cases like this, we will provide a full refund for the specific flavor. If a similar item is available, we may substitute the item.
Warm Weather Shipping
While we take every precaution to ensure you are completely satisfied with our popcorn, shipping any of our chocolate products during warm months may cause the product to melt. If you do order chocolate products please inspect the product for melting before you open it. You may be able to place the bag(s) in a freezer for a short amount of time to allow the chocolate to harden again. Regrettably we cannot guarantee against melting chocolate. ALL orders during the peak holiday season (Thanksgiving through just after New Year’s Day) are processed as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of orders, production time by International Popcorn, shipping times by the various shipping services, and requested delivery dates are not guaranteed. Rush Processing and Urgent Processing may not be available during this time.
